Forklift instructorCITE’s primary instructor, Greg Hoole, started his safety career 1986 working for various construction equipment sales and rental companies. During his career, he was involved in business management, accident prevention, investigation & risk management. Greg has 19 years of equipment instructor experience and has been a professional equipment instructor for fifteen years and a first aid instructor for the last twelve years. Greg holds an OSHA Safety and Health Specialist certificate for the construction industry and holds a number of OSHA certificates listed below.

CITE's lead equipment instructor, Mike Copsey, started his safety career in the early 80's. Over the last 12 years Mike was a primary safety equipment instructor for Star Rentals of Portland. Mike possesses a strong equipment back ground with a great ability to recognize existing and potential job site hazards. Mike holds various equipment safety and instructor certificates including:

Business Portrait160Michelle has been in sales and marketing for 15 years and was looking to take her experience and branch out on her own. One of her passions is scuba diving; enjoying the underwater world and the serene feeling it gives her. With several certifications under her belt she has been a Dive Master since 2006. Michelle can assist and instruct a wide variety of classes and really enjoys teaching people how to scuba dive. Some of the requirements of being a dive master are renewing your rescue skills and CPR certification regularly. With her passion of teaching and helping others she started her own company in 2012.

Emergency Response Consultants focus is to help people feel confident, comfortable and above all have fun during their training. Her training’s are interactive working with the mannequins hands on and also practicing wrapping bandages on their classmates. Michelle’s goal for her students when they complete the training is to walk away smiling and saying,” That was the most enjoyable class I’ve ever taken and I feel confident in using my skills if needed.”
